- 2 fresh mangos
- 30 g brown sugar
- 30 g shredded coconut
- 70 g powdered almonds
- 100 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 40 g coconut oil
- 20 ml of cold water
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Then add the melted coconut oil and mix well with your fingers, gradually adding a little cold water to obtain an easily crumbly texture.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crumble has a nice golden color.
- In the meantime, peel the mangoes, cut them into thick slices and roll them in the brown sugar. If you wish, you can also add a little cinnamon.
- Roast the mango pieces for 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Finally place the mango and crumble on a plate and serve.
